Prof. Nieken is the head of the "Future of Work & People Analytics Lab" and deputy speaker of the Karlsruhe Decision & Design Lab.

The Future of Work & People Analytics Lab is centrally located at the Kollegiengebäude am Kronenplatz (Geb. 05.20). The lab provides the resources needed to study collaborations between individuals, teams, and groups in a natural office surrounding.

The Future of Work & People Analytics Lab augments the Karlsruhe Decision and Design Lab by offering the opportunity to collect data over extended time frames in face-to-face hybrid interactions.
