Aim

The student

• looks critically into current research topics in the fields of Human Resource Management and Personnel Economics.
• trains his / her presentation skills.
• learns to get his / her ideas and insights across in a focused and concise way, both in oral and written form, and to sum up the crucial facts.
• cultivates the discussion of research approaches.
